Program Description:

Throughout this course, you will delve into the essential elements of a kitchen, with a special emphasis on exploring the culinary traditions of the Indigenous peoples including local recipes. We will focus on the preparation of dishes using ingredients that align with the seasons and the bounties of our ancestral lands.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to learn and incorporate the cultural protocols associated with cooking for ceremonial events and special gatherings. By infusing your dishes with intention and respect, you’ll be able to convey your positive emotions through your culinary creations, making a meaningful connection with those you serve.
